I'm currently a PhD Candidate in Organizational Transformation at IAE Sorbonne Paris, under the supervision of Prof. Florent Noël and Prof. Simon Porcher.

Research Focus

Exploring the human and behavioral dimensions of organizational transitions. How individuals and teams respond to disruption, uncertainty, and shifts in professional identity, with a focus on AI adoption.
